Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?

A: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within those 15 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original boxes and labels. 

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to print out your order confirmation email and include that in the package.


Q: What color is MISS SWISS?

A: Currently MISS SWISS is offered in five colors. Princess of Monaco Pink, Silhouette Black, Blue Hydrangea, Fiolet Purple, and Summertime Shandy Yellow. We are always creating new colors to launch, stay tuned! 


Q: What are the dimensions of the Brush Holder?

A: The measurements of the Brush Holder are 3.25" x 4.25" x 8.75" with lid not extended.


Q: How many brushes fit inside the Brush Holder?

A: The Brush Holder holds up to 12 brushes: 4 large, 4 medium, and 4 small brushes.

Q: How does MISS SWISS prevent makeup spillage?

A: A major reason for makeup spillage is due to friction of the makeup items’ lids. MISS SWISS prevents friction of the makeup items’ lids as each makeup item is held in a holder preventing them from rubbing against each other or other items.


Q: Why was MISS SWISS created? 

A:  MISS SWISS was created to prevent makeup spillage due to friction after an eyeliner completely ruined the founder’s brand-new purse. See more information about our story HERE.


Q: How do you use MISS SWISS?

A: Once your MISS SWISS arrives, Open the lid, remove the protective film from the mirror, gently move holders to upright position, insert corresponding sized makeup into each holder, gently pivot holders to original position, close lid, enjoy and mix and match makeup as needed!


Q: How does MISS SWISS make applying makeup easy while on the go?

A: MISS SWISS has pivoting holders that allow makeup wearers an “extra hand” to hold the base of the makeup item while they apply their makeup. The mirror on the inside lid also allows makeup wearers to see where they are applying their makeup when they need it. 


Q: Does MISS SWISS come with makeup?

A: No, MISS SWISS does not come with makeup inside. Customize your MISS SWISS with the favorite makeup items you already own or take your MISS SWISS shopping and fill it with new favorites.


Q: Is the mirror glass/breakable in MISS SWISS?

A: The mirror is made of acrylic not glass so it is much less likely to break. It is also much more environmentally friendly than polystyrene mirrors.

A: Your MISS SWISS will leave our warehouse 5-7 business days after you place your order. Standard shipping is between 5-7 business days (Shipping to Mexico and Canada may take a little longer)
